DIMEX bis - G.SHDSL bis modems (5,7 mbps over single pair)

New DIMEXbis family of G.SHDSL bis digital modems from DAVANTEL comply with the standards SHDSL (TC-PAM16) and SHDSLbis (TC-PAM32). Thanks to those advanced coding technologies, DIMEXbis are capable of transmitting up to  5,7 Mbps over each pair bonding data up to an aggregated data rate of 22,8 Mbps over 4 copper pairs.

DIMEXbis modems are available either in standalone, DIN rail and rackmount formats. Standalone modems are 48Vdc powered (220Vac using and external power adapter). Configuration can be done locally using serial console port or remotely using Telnet, HTTP and SNMP.

DIMEXbis modem have a complete set of advanced features including:

• Multirate: manual or automatic rate selection based on distance or copper quality
• Local and remote loopbacks
• Remote power feeding over the DSL line
• Repeaters availabe for long cable distances
• Point to point and point to multipoint
